My experience at Park Avenue Brossard was excellent, thanks to the professional and courteous services received from Alexis and Stephanie.
Alexis took time to explain the workings of the car, the various options and price tag associated with tinted windows, as well as the cash and financing options. Without sales pressure, he listened to the needs that were brought forward and showed flexibility and courtesy in our discussions. Alexis was respectful and during the road test, he leveraged excellent communication skills to provide clear instructions that enabled a pleasant driving experience.
He then introduced me to Stephanie, a director in the dealership, who was very professional, welcoming, attentive and helpful. Stephanie took her time to clearly explain the various options, the ones that were applicable and mentioned the non-applicable ones as well for awareness. She was pleasantly thorough in her communications.
The hours of operations are accommodating for busy schedules.
The entire experience was quite enjoyable, and, based on this experience I highly recommend this dealership. 5 stars well deserved!
